CONTRACT
A Deposit of $500.00 (non-refundable) is required to confirm booking; a certified bankers check should be Fed Ex to: Dr. Bernadette Burrows

PAYMENTS
All functions are on a pre-payment basis. 50% is required at the time booking is confirmed. Final payment is due 30 days prior to Wedding Date. Preferred payment is by Wire Transfer, Certified Check or Cash. However, Travelers Checks or a Credit Card can be used as a form of payments with receptions held at hotels.
